Meet Pamela

I founded Transform (Bermuda) in 2013 to provide a vehicle for me to serve my community and the world through coaching, consulting and community conversations. Connections in our world have grown distant or disappeared all together. I want to reconnect people to their own inner desires as well as to the communities they live and work in.

I bring to my work a unique set of education, work and life experiences. I am a graduate of Tufts University and Thunderbird School of Global Management. I am a graduate of Harvard’s Leading Professional Service Firms and I have completed ALIA’s (Authentic Leadership in Action) Master Class for Leaders, The Hoffman Institute’s week- long retreat for extraordinary transformation and Newfield Network, Inc.’s Coaching Certification Course. I am a Newfield Certified Coach (NCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) (International Coaching Federation designation), a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Reiki Master.

I began my career with the Bank of Bermuda (Bermuda) in the corporate banking department. After graduate school I continued my career in the banking industry, working in both Chicago and New York, before joining Wellington Management in Boston. There I was part of the team which ultimately formed the Firm’s Insurance Asset Management Group, growing assets from just under $100 million to over $20 billion. In 2003 I made a life-changing decision, giving up my successful corporate career for travel, self-exploration and then stepped into a 10-year career in the not-for-profit sector back in my island home of Bermuda. As the Executive Director of The Centre on Philanthropy I re-built the organisation, creating what is today a vibrant and essential support mechanism for Bermuda’s charitable sector.

In 2013 I was awarded the Dorris Butterfield Trott Award for service to the Bermuda Community by Bermuda High School for Girls. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

I serve my community by managing Hoffman’s graduate programmes in Bermuda. I am Thunderbird’s alumni representative in Bermuda.  I am involved with the prayer and Eucharistic ministries at St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Paget. When other community needs arise that align with my values and passions I often get involved by facilitating conversations or providing, when possible, pro-bono consulting on strategic planning, fundraising and governance.

To learn more and to meet me in person (or at least the recorded me) watch the video below. I hope after watching that you will accept my invitation to connect. I look forward to meeting and speaking to you and sharing in your journey!

“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
