Transform is a coaching and consulting firm created by Pamela Barit Nolan in 2013 to offer transformative services based on her experience and training.
With over 25 years experience in for profit and nonprofit environments, Pamela brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of developing people, opening opportunities and assisting individuals and organizations as they journey through the different stages of being. As a manager, colleague, business developer and relationship manager, Pamela has worked with people and organizations at all stages of their life cycles. She has created safe spaces for friends and colleagues to open up and recognize their joy and desires. Pamela enjoys taking the smallest pieces of a puzzle and working together with individuals, groups and organizations to collectively find the beautiful picture and accomplishment that comes by completing the puzzle or at least by putting most of the pieces in place.
Pamela does not claim to have the answers but enjoys exploring the possibilities and sharing experiences to help each person, team and organization grow. She acknowledges that there is not just one way to reach a goal but many paths and she enjoys exploring those paths with others, understanding along the way the challenges that might arise when two or more people try to map out a way forward using different techniques while being influenced by their own patterns and ways of doing things.
There are so many things I wish to express – so many thank yous to send out into the world. I sometimes pinch myself to make sure I am not dreaming. Who would have thought that the banker, investment manager, Executive Director would end up with a website and serving in this way? I certainly did not! But I am thrilled and excited! I did want to pause and thank those that have been directly involved with creating this website to tell my story and to invite you in to work, talk and play with me. First to Judith Tucker for bringing me to the little house on North Shore road where Amy Peniston works. Amy, with my input, has captured my essence and the feeling of comfort and trust that I wish to portray to the world. Maybe it is because we share a common lineage – as I found out during that first meeting that we are cousins! Yay for family! Judith also gets thanks for the creation of walking coaching sessions! To Joanne MacPhee for helping me find the words and the structure to explain what I was doing in language that you would understand and to Craig Clark and Joanne for creating the lovely introduction video. To Jill Kowalchuk for her beautiful photographs – she loves the natural beauty around us as much as I do and does a wonderful job of capturing beautiful moments so that they can be seen by others. And finally to all my friends, family, coaches and fellow travelers that have supported me along the way – I thank you – I wouldn’t be here without you and without a little help from my friend God.
